Ok. SO I made some signs and had some leftover LED neon and things. I decided to put them to some good use.

Made a couple of cylinders using foamboard and some aluminum channelium. Then I mounted a 12v power pack on the main light, fixed some led strips to make the white light, and some LED neon in a circle to make the outer ring light. I used a couple of relays and some logic to switch them on in sequence. Then I drove these with a wireless signal from the Wi-Fi receiver I got from area 1. The remote control has 4 buttons, but i just used 1, since all i needed was a pulse to rotate through the three modes.
I used those steel wire holders left over from the Supermarket signs to support the chandelier.
